What is CEFE?
Competency-based Economies through Formation of Enterprise (CEFE) is a comprehensive set of training instruments using an action oriented approach and experiential learning methods to develop and enhance the business management and personal competencies of a wide range of target groups, mostly in the context of income and employment generation and economic development.
We facilitate structured-learning exercises and less lectures.
The association was originally composed of service providers who were equipped by the GTZ in the Competency Based Economies through the Formation of Entrepreneurs (CEFE) approach in entrepreneurship and enterprise development. Eventually, the members were also equipped in other GTZ (now renamed to GIZ) tools which widened the network’s product and service offerings to the SME sector.
